Clare has a MA in Psychology, is a Distinguished Toastmaster, member of ProTrack, of National Speakers Assn., graduate of San Francisco School of Fashion Design and Theatrical Costuming, and former owner of Designs by Clare. As a custom fashion designer and costumer, Clare designed individual and unique “one of a kind” outfits for special events for clients from San Francisco and down the peninsula. Remember a picture tells the story.
